🔧 ONE-TIME SETUP — Add the Bookmark
1. Press Cmd + Shift + B to show your Chrome bookmarks bar
2. Drag the button below straight up to your bookmarks bar
3. Done — you only need to do this once
📋 BP → Anywhere Form ← Drag this to your bookmarks bar
⚡ EVERY TIME — Send a Lead
1. Go to the BP outreach page — biggerpockets.com/admin/marketplace_concierge_outreaches/[ID]
2. Click "📋 BP → Anywhere Form" in your bookmarks bar
3. This form opens with the investor details already filled in
4. Choose 🏠 Purchasing or 🏷 Selling and review
5. Click "✉ Open in Gmail & Send →"
6. Gmail opens → click inside the email body → press Cmd+V → Send
📋 EVERY TIME — Log to Concierge Doc
1. Fill in the ④ Concierge Doc section below with the necessary details
2. Click "📋 Submit to Concierge Doc"
